Preparation

1. Heat fresh water to 75–80 °C – do not boil.
2. Use approx. 2 g of tea (1 tsp) per 200 ml of water.
3. Steep for 3–4 minutes.
4. Strain and enjoy pure – without milk, without sugar.
5. Leaves can be infused 2–3 times.
