Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
1. PRO.DI.GIO GmbH treats all company and personal data that it becomes aware of in connection with its activities, or that it generates through its activities (e.g. test reports), with absolute confidentiality. It does not pass such data on to unauthorised persons or external third parties. Exceptions are permitted where an organisation or individual has expressly authorised PRO.DI.GIO GmbH to do so. The mention of customer names as a general reference is also permitted.

2. Personal data that is particularly worthy of protection (e.g. personality profiles) is handled by PRO.DI.GIO GmbH with the care required by at least the provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

3. Where individual, person-related reports about members of an organisation are produced in the course of assignments, PRO.DI.GIO GmbH regards these individuals as the sole authorised recipients of that information, regardless of who commissioned or paid for the assignment.

4. Reports or information within the meaning of point [3] are in principle only released by PRO.DI.GIO GmbH to the authorised persons. Reports or information to other persons, including other members of the organisation and superiors, are only provided with the consent of the authorised person.

5. A procedure deviating from point [4] is permitted if a different approach is sensible and has been agreed upon in a manner recognisable to all parties involved (e.g. in the context of aptitude assessments, assessments, employee surveys, etc.). If the employees concerned have been informed of the deviating procedure in advance and do not object, it is deemed to have been accepted.

6. The protection of the client's privacy is of the utmost importance to PRO.DI.GIO GmbH. It naturally complies with the statutory provisions on data protection. The client has the right at any time to request free information about the data stored about them (scope, purpose) or to request its deletion. This data will not be passed on to third parties without express authorisation.

Intellectual Property
7. PRO.DI.GIO GmbH uses generally accessible specialist and methodological knowledge, knowledge adopted from other sources, and knowledge developed, further developed and adapted to specific customer requirements for the fulfilment of its business purposes.

8. Where specialist and methodological knowledge is adopted from other sources, this is declared in the sense of a citation, or a corresponding agreement exists between PRO.DI.GIO GmbH and the copyright holder.

9. PRO.DI.GIO GmbH claims copyright on all its documents.

10. The use of PRO.DI.GIO documents, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is only permitted with the express consent of PRO.DI.GIO GmbH or within the framework of a licence agreement.
