WHAT ARE TEABALLS?
Teaballs are pressed plant extracts in tablet form. They are soluble in hot and cold water, making them a tea-like drink. They consist exclusively of plant extracts and do not contain any additives.
WHAT DIFFERENCES TEABALLS FROM SOLUBLE TEA?
Teaballs consist of 100% plant extracts. You don't get any additives. The extract content of soluble tea is a mere 40%. It also contains sugar, dextrose, sweeteners, flavors and / or stabilizers. Are there trial packs of the different varieties? No, there are no sample packs. On our social media channels, however, we regularly share discount campaigns where you can test our products at a discount.
CAN WE TEST YOUR PRODUCTS?
In a few cases, we give influencers the opportunity to test our products free of charge. In return, we receive advertising on their platform. To do this, however, a certain range must be available and the target group must match. We would be happy to give each of you the opportunity to try out Teaballs.
Of course this is not possible free of charge. Therefore, we ask for your understanding if we can only accept a few people for it.

Delivery is free of charge from an order of CHF 25.00. Deliveries under CHF 25.00 will be charged by TEABALLS.CH with CHF 9.90 for postage and packaging.

HOW DO YOU PREPARE TEABALLS?
You take 2-4 Teaballs per cup, depending on your taste, and dissolve them in hot or cold water. The process is accelerated by stirring, which may take a little longer in cold water. By the way, Teaballs can also be incorporated into cocktail recipes. A dispenser contains 120 Teaballs from which you can prepare 30-50 drinks. TIP for preparation with hot water: First add the Teaballs to the cup and then add the steaming water. Conversely, the steam can pull into the dispenser.
HOW LONG ARE TEABALLS DURABLE?
After opening, they should be used within 3 months.
WHAT IS THIS WHITE COVER ON MY TEABALLS?
This is a wafer-thin layer of magnesium that protects Teaballs from sticking together.
WHY ARE TEABALLS SHIPPED WITH A PROTECTIVE CAP?
The protective cap is your personal Teaballs protection. It protects the small extract compacts from environmental influences such as moisture, air and sunlight. As a result, they last longer and have a strong taste! So - put the protective cap back on after use!
If you regularly transport Teaballs in your bag, the protective cap also protects against escaping powder and your bag always stays clean. Of course, we are always looking for an environmentally friendly alternative.
