Make Your Own Refreshing Drinks: Ideas for Hot Summer Days

On hot days, there is hardly anything better than a cool drink. Instead of reaching for sugary ready-made drinks, you can make your own refreshing drinks with TEABALLS in a few seconds – with no added sugar and no tea bags.

This article shows the basic preparation and presents varieties and bundles that suit refreshing drinks – with the flavour, the ingredients and a note on caffeine for each variety.

The Basic Preparation

  1. Put 3–5 TEABALLS into a glass (for about 3 dl of drink).
  2. Add cold or iced water and stir briefly until the pressed pieces have dissolved. For a hot drink, we recommend water at 60–80 °C.
  3. Top up with sparkling water if you like, and serve with ice cubes, lemon slices or mint leaves.

One bottle of 150 pressed pieces lasts for 30–50 drinks at 3–5 pressed pieces per glass, which is 9–15 litres. The 8 organic varieties can only be enjoyed hot and are therefore not included in this article.
